macadamia oil Wodonga Park extra virgin cold pressed macadamia oil has only one ingredient: 100% biodynamically grown macadamias. Macadamia oil is high in monounsaturated fatty acids and noticably high in palmitoleic acid. The unrefined oil is very stable and has a soft golden colour with a lovely texture and feel to it. The oil is pressed and stored under N2 gas to extend shelf-life and maintain the quality and freshness.

Macadamia oil is the perfect accompaniment for various food preparations including pan/stir frying, BBQs, baking and salad dressings.
